Isabel was born in Melbourne Australia. She has a mother who is Swiss and her father Australian. Her family grew up in Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru a small mining town that is located in the Northern Territory and Cairns Australia. Sister Nina also attended a school that had children from different backgrounds and First Nations. Isabel is currently living within Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel started acting at the age of 12. In the following years, she pursued a degree in acting at Queensland University of Technology's the Victorian College of Arts. Her auditions were not for any roles before the agent called herself in the year 2002. She attempted to audition to play the role in Home and Away in 1988. They felt she was not suitable for this role. But, they were so impressed that they created another character for Tasha. She spent 3 years playing her first role on television and received an Logie Award for new popular artist for her performance. In 2008 Isabel relocated to Los Angeles. In the film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, 2009 was her debut major performance. Since then, Isabel has been in a variety of Australian and US film and television productions. In addition, she has won numerous Awards. Isabel has recently appeared on Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy, a film that is fast becoming an Australian iconic. Isabel also starred in the forthcoming film Lunacy. Isabel has wrapped Sons of Summer recently and is currently in pre-production together with Annika, a writer-director who has received numerous awards. Isabel believes in animal rights as well as having worked for numerous environmental groups. She was a very proud patronambassador of Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival HRAFF for over 10 years, until 2020. Isabel is well-known for her eco-conscious ethical interests and her dedication to social injustice. She was a brand ambassador of many fashion and cosmetics campaign.
